Charles L. Nino, M.D., F.A.C.C., received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1987. He then competed an Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Medical Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1991. He completed his Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in 1995.

He remains board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

After practicing for fifteen years in suburban Detroit in the St. John Heath System, he joined Consultants in Cardiology in 2011. In addition to St. John Hospital, he maintains active staff privileges at St. John Providence Hospital, Southfield; St. John Providence Park Hospital, Novi; William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, and St. Mary Mercy Hosptial, Livonia.

Dr. Nino’s special interests include general and interventional cardiology, including peripheral intervention, as well as coronary CT angiography.
